Snowdonia National Park covers 823 square miles of the most beautiful
and unspoilt countryside in North Wales. It is an area where people
live and work but also where thousands come to relax and enjoy a wide
range of leisure activities.
Surf Information
Located in the Southern end of the Snowdonia National Park (see
page), this fantastic traffic-free trail follows the beautiful Mawddach
Estuary. It is considered to be one of the best trails in the UK.
Why do people come here?
- To cycle, walk and enjoy miles of flat, smooth surface
- For spectacular views, bird watching and wildlife
- High standard of path and facilities (The Park Authority owns most of the trail)
- The trail is clearly signposted and easy to follow
