A crescent shaped surfing beach with sand dunes. Spectacular cliff walk leads to Trevose Head with views of Constantine Bay and miles of coastline.
The main north facing beach in the area. When everywhere else is blown out on a SW storm, it can be an amazing, clean wave. When its at least 6ft+ at Constantine, Harlyn is about 4ft. The wave can often be quite fast, hollow and barrelling. Closes out at low tide. Mid tide on the push is best. Rips at high. The east end usually picks up the most swell.

Sandsifter Bar and Restaurant by Surfer Dude
Been to these guys back in April, the place backs right onto the dunes on the beach. Its a tucked in piece of surfing heaven. Slam bang next to the surf school and the beer is cold and the food is great! They even have their little bistro bar turn into a late night venue on the weekends, I rate this place highly and so will you. Tonnes of parking and a cool, laid back vibe. Awesome

It's so nice to go to a restaurant of which you have never been before. we haven't had such tasty food out in a long time, and the vegetarian options looked fantastic- the vegetable thai curry, delicious! Great Place.
